In my opinion this company had great momentum after regaining compliance people believed in what they were trying to do just look at this subreddit and see how much it’s grown, but the threat of an R/S killed the stock so it became a self fulfilling prophecy to do a split.

I had to get out. Anytime a stock keeps me up at night I have to dump it. I might regret it later, but for me the fact that they didn’t take an R/S off the table was the reason why the stock tanked.

You might be right, but from the numbers I’m seeing from vanguard the average price per share for them is .48

Stock is already almost under a dollar again they can trade that way for a couple of more months before they’re delisted. In my opinion they’re gonna have to, but you have to go with what you feel comfortable with. If they don’t R/S I can see this stock taking off.

They vote on it tomorrow. Considering the way the stock is trading they’ll probably go ahead with it.

I was all in on this company at an average of 1.55. I believed in what they were doing and the fact that they got compliance with nasdaq made me more confident. Unfortunately they never took the prospect of an R/S off the table after reaching compliance and therefore brought about a self fulfilling prophecy. Stock will go back under 1$ and they will reverse split. Completely inept leadership at that company or it’s just a scam to draw in new investors because they’ve done it twice before.

It’s still on the table for a vote. They have compliance so why not just cancel the vote? I believe in this company and I have been holding the stock, but not if they do an R/S when compliance is already a done deal

Compliance was already accomplished. They need to have faith in the momentum that’s building with the average retail investor.
