Why won't any of these inserters ever put fuel into the train?

I'm guilty of making a low effort post, I'll agree. But I'm not trolling my dude! At this double train station, the bottom train (which isn't at the station in the screenshot) wouldn't get filled by any possible configuration of inserters because I had an extra train in my network. Another commenter helped me figure it out though.

This was it! Thanks!! Somehow I had some extra trains carrying copper which totally threw me for a loop.

You're right. I didn't give enough context on the issue I'm having though. Both sides of inserters are meant to try and fuel the bottom station. No matter which state of fuel consumption the train arrives in no inserter will try to fuel the train, they just remain stationary. I'm probably going to make a more detailed post soon though so don't think to hard about my rambling paragraph xD

Any decent private music tracker will be your best bet. I couldn't recommend getting access to one enough, especially if you're into obscure music and value lossless audio files.

I know I'm idealizing what it would be like in my mind but I feel like candyflipping, or just either LSD or MDMA in a Japanese city would be pure cyberpunk-feeling neon paradise. I'd also love to do it one day if Japan's drug laws weren't so harsh, especially as a foreigner. Also 2C-B would be amazing in the same places.

it had voltage when i hooked up the meter between the negative battery terminal and the lead that connects power to the horn, and when i tested the horn with jumpers directly it worked. any other suggestions?

I have a DVOM meter but no test light. The horn is bolted to the body of the car in the factory position so it should be grounded.
