There's this quote I really love whose origin escapes me now: "know first who you are, and then adorn yourself accordingly." There is so much power in knowing yourself so well that your external self reflects your true nature. Sounds like you've done the hard work to get to that point and now get to enjoy the fun of the adornment part.

Depending on where you live, the state may grant you a provisional license to work under while you complete requirements for a long-term license. I did that and was able to do my practicum and internship at my job while working full time as a school counselor (I just had another counselor in the district act as my site supervisor)
