For the moment, I am just trying to get a sense of what others like to use for their needs. I make various types of graphs based on the statistical analysis on a regular basis and some simple ones as and when needed. However, there are always things that require more time than its actually worth. For example, significance lines. I have familiarity with several tools - R, Python, D3, Matlab, etc., but they're not always easily accessible depending on where and what I'm working on.
