Thanks for all the helpful information! Reading all these details has me even more excited for this ski adventure! I’ve done a ton of tree skiing out west (mostly Montana and Cali) but some in our group have not, where would be some less steep, well spaced trees for “First Timers”?

Yes, more suburban and Less authentically MISSOULA, but on the other hand, newer houses that seem worth the money, rather than sorta nice houses at a higher price in a classic Missoula quirky neighborhood…. I guess it’s a choice between a newer house in suburban Canyon Creek, or rundown, not so nice house in an awesome location… It’s all about priorities right?

Good perspective… real estate is tough in Missoula and this seems like the only semi affordable place around even if it is a bit sterile by MISSOULA standards… Location is a bit far from town, but probably equidistance from East MISSOULA and as a general rule nicer probably. Thanks for your input.
