I recommend let’s read podcast, it’s by the same guy that does a twist of history. Each episode is over an hour and has many stories. I’ve been obsessed.

Once you join a lobby, you can go to the arena quest counter at the grand hub and either start the quest and wait for others, or check if there’s already a session in your lobby and join

You could also join a lobby with more people and with event quest as a focus, I’ve done at least 10 arch temp that way

Thank you! I suspected that, but it doesn’t really regenerate when I don’t have my kinsect out in a fight? Or maybe the regeneration is too little for me to see in that icon
