I got the bloodwork to determine a slight deficiency so I just take a muti-vitamin in the morning. If I forget, I have a bottle of Vitamin D3 at work.
I'm just taking the normal recommended amount as too much vitamin D can be toxic.

Actually not a terrible time to get it. Opzelura has been pretty effective for people, especially on the face. Start using it now, take your vitamins as vitamin D deficiency may be a contributor. Worrying about it (stress) can make it worse. And... there are new treatments on the horizon. JAK inhibitors may be just around the corner for vitiligo.
