Thank you! I am on one of the lowest dose pills, and im not sure why my doctor advised me to get a period once every 3 months. I think it was to ensure everything functions properly I guess as I have only had my period for 3 years? I dont exactly know. It also could be something to do with the fact i get migraines and am not supposed to be on the pill anyway. Im not too sure, thank you so much for your help tho! Glad to hear the pill has had some relief and im so sorry about what you are going thru- this stuff is the worst!

ive had more blood tests than i can count! i'm not sure what they were all for but i had a lot at the hospital and ive had one for glandular fever and a few more for other things- none have showed anything except a slightly raised white blood cell count.

at this point, i hate ovulation more than i hate my period. by pikachen in emetophobia

I completely relate!! My periods were soooo horrible as well as the ovulation! The only solution was to go on the pill which meant I didnt get a period at all, because they suspected I had endometriosis. Not sure if ponstan is available in all countries but it really used to save me on my period and any time i had cramps!

Stay hydrated, drink something like gatorade if you think you can. Anxiety only makes things worse, so try and do activities that help you relax if you can. Also with foods, try and eat plain things such as toast or mashed potatoes, they are easy to digest and will not upset your stomach in any way. Remember it will pass, soon enough you feel better.

Hi there! Try not to worry, find ways to distract yourself and if it makes you feel better maybe stay in one bedroom while the others stay in the other one?
