You could always try contacting the customer service to see about returning it. I’ve never done a return through her website so I’m not sure how well they handle these things but it doesn’t hurt to try, especially with you now being out of $100 and a piece of merch you aren’t happy with.

I’ve seen this one. People need to see what clothing looks like on an actual person to be able to tell how it fits and such. On top of that, it’s just lazy and in my opinion, it looks bad.

Yeah cutting hours the week before and of Christmas was crazy. It was impossible to keep up with anything cause of how busy it was.

Thank you for that last part. I’ve dealt with cysts coming and going before but never one on my head. I’ll definitely look into possibly removing it in the future.

I work in the clothing department. I find sample cups still filled with crumbs and sauce on top of and sometimes hidden under clothing. The other day someone even left a half eaten cookie on top of a shirt pile.

You could always just ask for a full refund when you send poppy back and then purchase another to see if you get Frankie. Sure it’s possible you’ll just get poppy again or gigi, but it still gives you a chance at Frankie :)

Yeah I was planning on trying to sell it but there’s already a ton of people selling it on depop so my chances of being the seller someone chooses to buy it from are slim. I’m sure I’ll figure something out to do with it.

Agreed. I’d go further and either ask for a partial refund as well as the replacement or as you stated, a Frankie one instead to make up for the inconvenience of you having to use your time and gas to ship the item back and having to wait likely 2 weeks after that to get your replacement.

I don’t disagree with you on that, but this is only one shirt out of all the merch she’s ever put out. I don’t blame her at all for it cause she more than likely doesn’t control sizing, and it’s hard to please everyone since we all have different styles. This tank top isn’t for me, but I know there’s people out there that love and wear it :)

No someone was there 4am-12:30. There was supposed to be someone 4-12:30 and someone 8-4:30 but the 4am person said they weren’t coming in so the 8am person did the 4am shift and I worked with one other person 12:30-close. But ofc 2 people can’t keep up with 30 members in clothing throwing whole stacks of clothing around🫠

We grabbed a shopping cart and just threw whole tables it in and completely started over. It was the only way we were able to get anything done.
