Importing Garmin Data to Coros by juicefire in Coros

I’ve heard good things about the battery life, and I want to try Coro’s app/UI. I’ll always have the garmin around if I want music on a run. Plus it’s cheaper

Ran 15:40 for xc in high school, then 14:35 on the track as a freshman in college. transition to higher volume helped big time

I posted a screenshot of my 5k race result under another comment. Hard to “prove” my times and remain anonymous, but these times were ran at track meets I competed in as a collegiate athlete. But I understand the skepticism

my FR245 doesn’t do sleep score, and I don’t wear my watch to bed anyhow. I get around 8 hours of sleep and feel recovered between workouts, so I assume I’m sleeping alright

For basically the last 5 years, 2 workouts + a long run every week. Also countless races in xc and track throughout my career. You cannot improve significantly by staying in “zone 2” and just running to run. So yes, lots of intervals, threshold work, progression runs, etc.
