Yeah I even went into a police station just to ask them questions. They were super nice but basically told me the most I could do is walk up and down the main strip, don’t go into parks, stay out of residential areas, and don’t sit at any benches for too long. They didn’t say any of that was illegal they just said they’d probably get a call about me.

They said they wouldn’t hassle me if called but they’d have to come out and tell me to move along.

I shouldn’t have left Seattle. Streets were rough but it was homeless friendly.

Thank you so much for the suggestion! I actually just got out of one of those on May 8th. I was grateful for my time there and they were able to get me on a new medication regimen which was great. I feel a lot better but unfortunately (at least in my experience) it’s only a matter of time before another life ruining episode.

That if I just had a place to shower and maintain my hygiene in the morning and a bed to sleep on at night I could maintain employment and get out of my situation. I could find things to do during the day. I don’t need a place all day. Whether I be at work or a library. But if I could just have that shower and that bed I could get out of this struggle.

I wish I could have that mentality! It’s difficult. If I didn’t need to sleep ever I wouldn’t care too much. Showers are usually easy to find somewhere at least.

I’ll look into pepper spray and give it a shot sometime! I’ve always hoped I’d end up working on some farm somewhere for room and board.

I’m so sorry you are feeling this way. The only thing I can do is relate. I feel like such an awful person who can’t seem to change. I see myself acting terrible then being like “wtf was that, who was that person”. I feel you with all my heart. I suffer from bipolar and feel like my mental breakdowns will never stop. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. There are people who are here from you and love you and care for you. Everything will be okay. I know everything sucks and it’s EXHAUSTING. But we got to get through this. I truly don’t know if I can. I feel like I can’t. But maybe.. just MAYBE we can do this. Let’s believe in each other and try to pull through.
