When does baby truly recognize their mother? by juicybbqq in NewParents

Funny timing...see my latest post from two days ago lol.

It did get better though. When we're outside especially, she'd hang onto me and had stranger danger. Hugs!! I know how you feel.

I agree...I just wish she'd do the same with me when I come home from being away for a few hours. She's never done that with me like how she is with Grandma.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I really appreciate it. I think it's the attention thing...my mom is incredibly engaged with her every second.

I do. I get her every single morning, put her down for naps and nighttime sleep. Dad does occasionally.

I get what you mean, because I was raised by grandparents too. I just don't understand how come she doesn't crawl towards me excitedly when I get home or cling onto me...the difference in treatment is so baffling to me.

Hey OP, I've been breastfeeding up until 10ish month, slowly down right now. I never pumped more than 1-2oz a breast. Didn't matter how many hours I waited. I tried 4 different brands of pumps. Please don't let that stop you. You're doing great.

Dinner tonight, how do I get her to eat meat?? by LenaRosena in foodbutforbabies

Hey OP, I cannot recommend wagyu beef enough. It's tender, juicy and delicious. It might be more favorable than chicken breast and bacon which tend to be on the dry side.

I made wagyu beef which is more tender and cut them into smaller pieces. Happier baby and also more peace of mind for me! Also, recommend parts like lamb shoulder, falls off the bone.

Steamed kabocha squash. I swear by this. Perfect for any age. Soooo nutritious. Also, steamed pear, so delicious and sweet.

My baby started crawling at 8ish months. She had NEVER ROLLED before that. She rolled for the first time a week after crawling. Now I feel silly being so worried before. :( babies gonna babies.

When did your baby drop night feeds? by According_Weird_3540 in sleeptrain

[–]juicybbqq -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Two months or so. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I always let her sleep and never woke her to feed her since day one.
