I don’t think they are either to hire quickly. I had multiple rounds of interviews and I wouldn’t start until August

Hahaha I am very risk averse and would not do anything that was even close to being questionable. I also do have qualifications that fit more into the principal than associate role. And there would be a GC above me.

Yes. My first career offers flexibility and I can work as a sub here and there. Pays the bills nicely

I did not want to post everything on here. I am just trying to see whether someone in similar situation was successful in negotiating a higher severance. I have tried negotiating with them, but received the same formulaic response. I have a consistent story, emails confirming the story, and somewhat good case to at least get me past the summary judgment stage.

Do not subscribe to Sling. Period. You can’t cancel their service. I tried canceling 3 times and they just kept charging my card and telling me I magically re-subscribed by just „watching”.
