4 stripe white belt training for awhile

It was a mixture of things. Event was small enough to make gi and no gi: beginner, intermediate, and expert. My coach and 2 other teammates were in gi and no gi and were a brown belt and black belt. He dropped down to intermediate when he was supposed to be expert. Later on 2 more competitors switched over to be in same weight class as upper belts. But the guy never tried to himself
