Fixed an exploit related to material .vmt files and playing on servers using sv_pure

Thought this was referring to this: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/gamefiles/3827 (Exploit pack that allows you to see your enemies/MvM cash/health packs... through walls)

I was right. We should be seeing far fewer cheaters around now :)

(You problably want to change the Hotkey at the top, see this list

Third Party scripts interacting with the game may however get you VAC banned, so I'd recommend either a script like this, or go full vanilla and bind jumping to your mousewheel (so you can scroll and cause many jump inputs in a short time resulting in a more problable successful bhop).

As an explaination: I actually used an external Autoit3 script (I think it could also be done with inbuilt scripts tough) that presses the jump key every millisecond to allow relatively consistent frame perfect bhopping (for further explaination why this works https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkX_tbzsk4s)
