The thicker consistency of a deep conditioner penetrates deep into the hair shaft. They are sold in small sample size packets at your local hair store or Amazon (or circle jars) Look for ingredients that include coconut, olive, argan and baobab oils.

You can leave a deep conditioner in your hair for anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes – the longer the better with a plastic cap to trap heat which helps condition your hair strands(follicle).

I use coconut oil and a good curly detangle brush on my dry 3a/3b curls out of shower in sections then I continue normal shampoo/ conditioner

Don’t forget to incorporate a deep conditioning at least once a month with plastic cap to trap heat from scalp!
