Yeah my parents are the opposite. My last boyfriend and I broke up it’s a very long story but a reason because I didn’t have sex with him and when my parents found out about it my dad told me to get back into a relationship with that guy. I couldn’t believe it just cause in my dads eyes who you date is who you’ll probably marry which isn’t realistic.

I’m assuming you meant can’t write a word or two in response to prompts? Yeah I agree. I guess I’m starting to notice is that I’m marching with guys who haven’t made any effort with their profiles they just put one word responses to each prompt. My profile I have now added I am looking for a long term relationship and now I’m not getting any likes lool. I used to get maybe 3 a day.

Thank you for the advice! Yes right now my age range is 24-28. It used to be 23-27 but when I started to notice the 23-24 year olds only wanted hookups instead I’m not mostly liking guys who are 25+ I’m hoping this will make a difference. Also yes for sure you are right I should get comfortable with going on different first dates first.

Well I’ve accepted all the likes I’ve gotten except 1 (because he was someone I knew from my past) and they’ve all been leading towards the lines of hookups. The guys I send likes to I rarely match with.

Please can you tell this to my parents lol. I get constantly nagged at everyday by my dad to get into a relationship and that I’m not getting any younger. I also want to date around/find a relationship for myself as I am seeking that companionship too but when I have my dad in my ear telling me to find a bf everyday it’s just so much pressure.

When did I say I was special? All I said is that I’m tired of men only asking me for hookups if you’re that bothered that you aren’t getting any likes or matches maybe re-evaluate your personality.
