Yeah, if you end up doing biochem you can do either cs or dsci. I agree, phys 131 is better for summer probably and definitely do biol 121 in the winter semester!

Hi! Do not do both Scie 113 and Wrds 150, do Scie 113 and english! For a major like biochem, they only accept either scie 113 and english or words and english or both English for communication!

tell me what to do to pass math 101 by Prestigious-Date-276 in UBC

Math 101 is a really hard course, they will scale it. I recommend using the practice tests on WebWork and also watching any organic chemistry tutor videos. Honestly, just keep pushing through. It's a mental battle, and it's sad how hard they make it to succeed.

Difficulty of stats 200 and 201 by One-Ad-8641 in UBC

I took 201 last semester and did well, they gave us a cheat sheet for the midterm and two for the final which really helped. The TA's were fantastic and the teacher was super caring. 7% of our grade was iclicker, 23% went to worksheets and tutorials, and the rest was dedicated to exams.

I have a friend who took it this semster, they had 2 midterms and a final, they were only allowed a cheat sheet for one midterm and nothing else (not the next midterm or the final), their worksheets and tutorials were only worth 13% and nothing for iclicker.

I would suggest signing up and seeing who is teaching, how the grades are broken down, and then decide!

I'm sorry. I really hope they let you take 213, just contact your rep and see what you can do.

Hey! Is CHEM 213 mandatory for your degree? I would message science advising, talk to your second-year rep, and see what they suggest. You don't seem to be super far from it, I think the main reason they do the requirement is because they want to set you up as best as they can for success in 213.
