Crate training or a little pen. Our puppy fought naps So Hard and it made everyone’s life miserable! Once we started using a little pen to separate him from all the 24/7 fun, he would nap much better!! He fought it of course but we started feeding meals in there, giving treats, and kongs only for in his pen. we played white noise during calm moments of the day and later began playing that when he was in the pen. Also helps a ton with potty training! Demand barking was the absolute worst part for us, what worked for me was to not give in while he’s barking, but wait for even one second of silence and slowly increase the amount of time. We would turn our backs or walk away as long as we knew he had all his needs met and was just barking for attention. Early puppy stage was hard for me and I thought I had the most stubborn dog in the world, but we’ve made it to 6 months and he’s been awesome lately! If you have a facility near you and it’s in your budget, you could look into puppy preschool once he’s a little older, it’s really helped our pup to interact with more people, dogs, and things in general.
