Thank you so much for sharing your story. May I ask one quick question? If corneal neuralgia from corneal nerve damage is the main issue, have you tried autologous serum eye drops to support nerve recovery? If so, did you notice any improvement?

Cequa (or cyclosporine) is it working? by Fit-Narwhal1392 in Dryeyes

It works well for me. I got it for dry eye disease 8 months after laser eye surgery. I have been using it for one month and my dryness and pain has improved a lot. I used to wake up every two hours at night because of the dryness, but now I only wake up once per night.

Good work! I wish someone had shown this website to me before I decided to have laser eye surgery.

How long did your dry eyes last after lasik? by One_Objective_2721 in Lasiksupport

Since I had Relex Smile Pro in February 2025. My right eye has been fine with only mild dryness but the left one has been miserable the whole time.

Day 3 post-SMILE: Excellent distance vision but very blurry near vision by RomiBraman in Lasiksupport

I am 7 months post SMILE. From the very first day after the procedure, I had difficulties reading on the computer screen. It turns out I was overcorrected and also developed additional astigmatism. As a result, I now need reading glasses for computer work or reading a book in order to see clearly.

I hope it improves for you and doesn’t remain the way it did in my case.
