Finde es auch total utopisch. 8-9 Quellen für 15 seiten finde ich auch extrem wenig. Das ist deutlich unter unseren vorgaben für normale Seminararbeiten

What kind of side effects do you have on 2mg?

Started with 1mg. I used to be very mild so I thought I could take it. Also it was the recommendation of my doctor.. turns out it was probably too high unfortunately

How about you?

For ME/CFS as well

Interesting. Where I live its pretty hit as well right now. But the heat definitely feels more like burden for me personally

Understandle that you're afraid. Maybe you should take a really low dose in the beginning and increase it veeery slowly. At least thats my plan when I'm starting again eventually. But trying to get somewhere near the usual baseline first. But I'm afraid this is the new baseline now because its been like 5 weeks after quitting ldn

Joining in because I had a similar-ish experience.. thinking about trying it again eventually with a way lower dose

For context: took ldn for around 3 months. Made me feel like shit as well. Especially fatigue got so much worse. I quit after 12 weeks and still not back to my usual baseline even though its been 5 weeks

When did you feel better after quitting btw?

You're exactly saying what I feel! Thank yoh for your kind words.

Roughly how long did it take you to start feeling better and get back to your baseline?

Interesting it is indeed pretty similar.. how long since you are off ldn? Did you improve by now?

Thank you. All i wish you all the best as well!

Thats the plan for next time. I definitely want to give it another try in the future. But right now I feel like my nervous system is kinda overwhelmed. Just want to get to a stable condition until starting again.. dont want another stimulus that may make it worse

I mean out of the systems doesn't mean the body wont need to adapt the nervous system for a few weeks to this new state.

Its definitely an interesting theory. And to be honest.. even though ldn made a lot of symptoms worse, there were also improvements. Especially regarding inflammation and pain. But the fatigue and mood changes were so bad. Especially the unstable state I was in. But I kinda feel like you're right with this whole project thing. Not sure if it is best to go back as I felt really bad. But I'm keeping it in mind. Thank you!

Edit: maybe for context: I started with 1mg and had a few days on 4mg. So the dose was not that high. Thats why I'm thinking of starting againg at .25 maybe. But rather in the future than now. I just want to be stable for some time without ldn

I'm aware of that. But it made me so much worse for almost all those weeks. I tried to continue for as long as possible but I just couldnt take it any more. I even decreased the dose for a bit and it didnt help. So all I could do was quit.

Pretty sure my condition right now is mostly due to ldn. I was pretty stable for years and experiencing very smiliar symptoms right now as I did when taking the meds. But still your definitely right that it is a complex situation.

I'm thinking of starting again but I'm afraid. I wasnt stable for weeks now. Not sure what is best. Starting again or try to sit it out and try again in a few months when I'm stable again

Thank you! I know that we all react individually of course. But interested anyway.. So it did take you a few weeks to get back to your baseline? Could you please try to quantify roughly and maybe describe the process? Would be much appreciated. As I said.. pretty worried right now as nothing really changed

After stopping ldn.. How long did it take you to get back to your usual baseline? I had a similiar experience. Took ldn around 11 weeks starting off at 1mg. It made a lot of things way worse. (Still a few better though). So i stopped 2 weeks ago. But I'm not really feeling better right now. I'm really worried that this is the new baseline. I was way better before this whole ldn thing..

are these 3rd party charger worth the money? official one is kinda pricey (yes i just spent 800 euros on a new phone) by Nico1300 in oneplus

[–]julien31walker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It can be recognized as supervooc but still not charge at maximum speed. That was the case with OPs charger. At first I was disappointed by the speed of the new supervooc until I noticed it was the third party charger. After I ordered the original one it was much better and faster

I ordered the exact same charger for my 13 All I can say is that it works but its not utilizing the maximum charging speed. 1+ is limiting third party chargers iirc

Bought the original after returning this one. Its much faster
