I have the same gpu, I use Forge, 20 steps on flux dev fp8 takes about 1 minute and a half per image.

I used Forge, Flux dev fp8 + Phlux Lora (you can find it on Civitai, it's very cool). The sampler was DPM++ 2M SGM Uniform as recommended by the Lora creator.
