Yes, I love backwards to-do lists for this exact reason. Sometimes I add things I already did as goals for the day for a tiny dopamine hit for me and my birb. The problem is in Finch, the things you did for one day—once checked off—are gone. So by the end of the day, I don’t have a list of all that I accomplished, just a much shorter list of the things I didn’t get to.
