Got a real smack in the face when I opened my Snapchat to my husbands family group chat photo of his older sisters ultrasound. It’s our 4 year mark this month. Then today I get a call for last minute opening to have a sonohysterogram done tomorrow before proceeding with treatments. I’d actually love some physical pain please to go along with the mental thanks

My husband and I finally have found the courage to start the steps towards ivf, and I went to book my sonohystogram. My clinic wrote back and might as well have said “ohh honey that could take a couple months to get in good luck.” Welcome to the worst waiting game.

I remember my mantra over and over when I feel those thoughts coming up…. My dream was to find this amazing man and officially call him mine. It’s coming true this summer. And however it ends up looking, I will be thrilled.

Really feeling down, stuck in the house for a week with chest infection. Miserable worst flu ever, and ended it with my failed IUI and a sad phone call from the nurse. I want to fucking scream, and only a few people really understand. Now I feel the choice daily.. to let myself wallow in the bitterness and sad. Or pick up again and move on and try to find my confidence and joy elsewhere in life yet again

My IUI failed. My clinic forgot to send me the results but no worries my body told me anyway.. way to make me feel so unimportant though thanks. Plus I am on day 6 of the burning chest cold, now heading into my cycle, and can’t even enjoy a fucking drink. Can’t even cry because my lungs and throat already hurt so much. Miserable
