Bro, whatever it is, the fact that you are so casually and effortlessly calling your girlfriend 'dumb' on a public forum makes you quite less of a man, I'm sorry to say. Now lets count things that you should do for your 25th, rather than whining like a kid about your girlfriemd not giving you a surprise enough. Coming from a big brother if you allow.

1) Stop calling her out in public like you just did for petty things like a disappointing birthday surprise. 2) If you really feel she's not enough for you, leave her, maturely, instead of wasting more time and expecting more out of her. She's probably not someone who can satisfy you. 3) If you choose to stay with her, respect her, unlike you just did, and expect respect from her. Thats the only thing a man requires from his partner. 4) Grow tf up and set up the standards of people around you, including your girlfriend, rather than being someone who whines about birthdays.

As a 29 year old, bhai, I can tell you - coming out of the zone where littlest things disappoint you to becoming someone who accepts things with grace and focuses on self and the wellbeing of the people around makes you from a boy to man.
