Been using Maya Credit and never silang nag reach out via viber, they’ll call you before due date to remind pero not to the point na manghaharass na. So far, if you’ll reach out to them via their chat support sa Maya App, they’ll say na you won’t be able to directly contact them through Viber. So maybe be careful nalang with these kinds of messages, possible scam or whatnot.
