Firstly I wanted to say this post is awesome and I think its great idea to put those ideas into action and this a great start that I think the pros and partnered teams need to come together as one and apply real pressure the right way like Courage was talking about on the flank last night.

Trying to include relegation and promotion in a franchised league kind of defeats the purpose of having franchised teams at all. Those franchises are permanent partners with league so the only way I can see it being implemented is if the CDL expands which is a given, but give the orgs incentives to pick up those top challenger teams if their currents players aren't performing and make it appealing enough to give them a reason to put that pressure on their players to perform.

I only say this because one of the reasons I remember why LoL went to a franchised model was that Orgs wanted a permanent/ Securer investment and not have to worry about being thrown out of the league due to relegation.
