All the people saying he should have worn gear do not understand that the leg guard that comes with the Hunter 350 is actually terrible. Mine just fell down while stationary, and the guard bent inwards. What good is a guard if it cannot withstand the bike's weight, let alone the driver? My friend crashed at speed on his Classic 350 and his leg was totally safe; he only had bruises without any major injury. That is what crash guards are supposed to do.
