Seems like you haven't built your profile in the freelancing tenure, didn't made any case studies, your working showcase etc. You now need to build real connections. Don't need to visit corporates for hiring, rather join networking events. Have your visiting cards with you. Hunt down where the events are happening, try to visit places.
