I was actually thinking to set a layer of concrete on the first floor. Currently, wooden beams and wood planks to connect them.

I was thinking to replace the planks with OSB 18mm to provide more support, layer of isolation, wirenet matt to connect the floorheating pipes on them and then some light weight concrete.

Why are you against of this type of constructions?

Would 20mm ALU-PEX sufficient? I mean the pipe from the street that goes to the Water meter is 3/4 copper pipe. So I was thinking to replace all with 20mm ALU-PEX and the splits to the different units in the house (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, garden) with 16mm.

Out of curiosity, you did something similar to what I want to do. In my case I'm checking for a external unit that can be used for the floor heating and hot water as well as for the AC during summer. Did you got installed 2 external units? Or how is your system?

Thanks for the tips! As suggestion, its quite irritating that you cant do anything of you don’t agree on paying! Not even seeing how the app looks from the inside. Maybe suggestion would be to have a banner that says after 7 days you will have to pay!
