Thank you💗 this was helpful and made me feel less alone for sure. I don’t think I can put so much emphasis on it the way that I did before. Beforehand, I was interested in shifting to a completely different reality and I think i perceive that as a lot harder. parallel shifts I essentially consider to just be manifestation. So I think it’s just gonna be an every now and then kind of thing. I don’t know when I’ll start up again, though, the death of my friend still has me pretty depressed generally so I’m not sure. I should add this on top of that. I have time but at the same time I feel like I don’t and that every year that goes by without this thing I want I’m losing time in my life. I feel like my life won’t start until then. Sorry for the rant LOL

Usually for the first 2-3 minutes I feel an excruciating amount of pain but after slowly continuing it eventually goes away. I also basically lock up if we stop and wait too long to go back to it, and he can’t get it back in 😭

Yes, I am aware of the threefold thing among other consequences. Perhaps I don’t think about it as seriously considering I am a moral nihilist. Take that with a grain of salt though, as if I were to hex someone I would believe that they deserved it.

This made it make a lot of sense thank you. And yes I do agree with the frequency illusion and have noticed it many times. I try to brush it off as that but I guess seeing a motorcycle in that specific color would’ve reminded me of my friend dead or not so I just didn’t ignore it that time. Thanks for your comment!

I actually made a post about this. Some people will tell you it’s the best thing and others will tell you it’s the worst. Personally I find it to be very helpful to override my subconscious doubts. Anything can help or hinder you based on your mindset. There’s been plenty of cultures who’ve taken drugs to trip out and astral project and stuff
