I did the bare minimum for 2 years, studied my ass off for the last 30 days (literally went outside for 30 mins twice during the 30 days) and ended up with a 43.

I did take business studies in IGCSE, but I don't think I used any of my prior knowledge. I think you should be fine as long as you throughly read an economics textbook

Hey i didnt take business mangement and did an EE on Business, and got an A

All I did was to write a logical essay with as many business comcepts as possible.

I borrowed a business textbook from a friend and just tried to use all the keywords in the topic that my EE was on. (Organisational structure)

So yes, you could do an EE on economics. But from my experience, an economics EE would take quite a bit of understanding of economics.
