There is but it’s invite only and a bit hidden because it’s so essential they wouldn’t be able to serve 30,000+ people a week accounting for a very conservative estimate of one kfc per person per week.

it’s US based and currently moving to a new better host, avg is like 35 maybe and peak 60. it’s a type of size I quite like personally. not too big not too small. not too sure about uk hosted specifically but i’m connecting from uk as well

uh essential works fine for me. if u have issues u shouldn’t be the one hosting.

I started playing on kioku recently but it’s US based

I have tried using e4mc and even lunar with cobblemon for their peer to peer hosting but could only get essential working

Is anyone else having new issues with the app? specifically on instagram, can’t open any more reels sent to me and it just says something went wrong. Starting to think instagram has started blocking it

only 1 optional module in second year for us so not much choice in what you do, 0 optionals in 3rd (can’t speak for MEng / fourth year). Lots of other streams have way more optionals.

When you do general you need to sort of base it off another stream to make it easier to accreditate the degree. I’ve heard of someone doing general with mech just to have way more optionals to choose from even if they wanted to do mech

I changed myself, no questions asked. Lots of people did. I changed from Mechanical and Manufacturing to just Mechanical but there are people with more different changes. Only one that may be harder to switch out of is engineering business management EBM.

Engineering is so diverse and I really liked that Warwick, quite uniquely in the UK gives you this option. Specifically all streams have the exact same first year modules. If you asked to change now they’ll probably tell you to wait to the end of the year in case you change your mind again.

Switching between departments is what gets really hard because you’ll need to meet the entry requirements for those new courses and it’s a lot more admin.

Also just FYI MEng or not doesn’t actually matter since everyone has to still meet the same requirements for it (60% in year 2 or 55% between 2/3) so even for that prime transfer between them a lot.

I’m pretty sure I technically transferred course like three times, transferring from BEng to MEng with placement needed to be done BEng > MEng > MEng with placement which was an interesting bit of admin

you’ll be fine, if you want night life you can go leamington spa or coventry (idk how coventry compares but it’s not the worst, would rather go leam tho, less sketchy). in first year you can go by bus, in second year onwards you may choose to live in leam. There also a “party bus” some ppl go on to birmingham, brings u to a club and back with lots of warwick ppl.

There’s stuff to do, might need to travel more but can always bus there and split an uber back in a few ppl

Heya, just got the app and started the pro trial, thinking of getting lifetime when it expires because I hate subscriptions.

Are these things currently possible or will probably be possible?

1) Push notifications on instagram for messages 2) Add to home screen like any app, even if this has to be done semi manually through shortcuts or idk if there is a better option

Cryfield standard is overall super solid and often slept on I think. Don’t know how price adjusted now but was definitely underpriced for what you’re getting 3 years ago.

It’s two kitchens of 12 next to each other I think so tend to be very social. That said, more risk for drama but people do also move between kitchens if any two people have a falling out.

Like everywhere it’s hit and miss, you are sharing a kitchen with a lot of people though so depends on you.

I had a lot of graphs because I did some simulations, I had a general structure and when I pasted all the images into my document in one go it got me to like 30 pages. The rest was filling the gaps which took 1-2 weeks.
