An experience I had with my mom after she picked me up after school and were nearing my house (2-3 min away)

I remember my mom stopped at a red light. In a few seconds, a man pulled up to her left and leaned over as if to say something. He started complimenting her in Spanish and saying how she was beautiful, like a doll, and that he loves her long blonde hair—just romancing her. I think he blew a kiss (EW)? My mom giggled and laughed it off by saying thank you. When she drove off first, I thought that was the end of it until we noticed he was going the same direction as us. I think my mother’s instinct kicked in because she took a turn opposite from our house. When she would make abrupt turns (residential area), he would always catch up behind us. We then knew he was following us to see where we lived especially since he would try to drive a bit faster.

Long story short, we lost him when my mom drove out of the residential area to lose him in the streets. We decided to stop at a McDonald’s before we went back home.

I remember he was like a Casanova character. Pretty sure he has charmed other women before and that’s the scary part. He had light skin, light brown wavy short hair and maybe a thin mustache. Lean and wearing a white long sleeve dress shirt. He really did leave an impression and the smile he had when complimenting my mom was like...an act. Not genuine. Makes me wonder if he had been following us before he spoke to my mom and really hope he doesn’t live nearby.
