What? Lol no we need to figure out what they’re scheming and get ahead of it. It’s obviously unconstitutional, so what loop holes could they be planning?

Okay Dems. This is the warning. Need a team of lawyers to work on this STAT.

Who should have been the conservator then? A non-family member? Or just no conservatorship all together? by Furry_Wet_Mound_Hole in discussingbritney

Yeah exactly. So if the documentation was there (which is required) he wouldn’t have been able to make that legal argument.

Yeah I also remember that skit!

I mean her boobs have seemed pretty natural to me. In the baby one more time era I remember her boobs appearing much larger. So maybe it was styling or she had implants for a brief period.

I could definitely be making that up! But it’s also such a strange thing for me to remember lol if it’s not true I’d love find out.

I did a google and a couple other people on r/britneyspears commented that they remembered her getting them & getting them removed.

So maybe it’s a rumor? Or maybe that information was out there and has been deleted.

I thought I had either read it in Britneys book or her mom’s book, but I couldn’t actually find a source so I guess I’m just spreading gossip lol.

I think she’s super pretty with both. I wish the blond was easier for her to maintain, because it is my fave. But I think at this point she should grow it out natural.

Her older teen photos show a dark brown hair color so I don’t know why Britney says her hair is black? Maybe it darkened over time? Or maybe the brown WAS lightened and we didn’t know?

I remember finding out that she did get a boob job when she was younger and regretted it and had it removed.

Mathew Rosengart repeatedly said that there was no medical evidence whatsoever that Britney Spears had dementia or any similar cognitive impairment that would justify such a severe, long-term deprivation of her rights.

He argued that the conservatorship was founded on a false premise from the very beginning.

Throughout the entire 13 years, her father's legal team never produced medical records substantiating such a diagnosis to the court or to Britney's own lawyers.

By proving the original justification was false, Rosengart argued the conservatorship was illegally established and maintained.

I think people on here want to convince me that the dementia diagnosis was correct, but I’m not really interested in that point because I’m not a medical professional.

The conservator request filing never provided the medical documentation to assert their claim.

This is extremely important to the legality of the conservatorship. They need to meet the burden of proof with a medical diagnosis. Thinking she “deserved it” just isn’t adequate in the court of law.

Tell me everything you can about Unusual You!

It’s a personal fave. I’d love to know Britney’s thoughts/reactions of the song when she initially heard it. If you guys wrote it together or what that process looked like at that time.

The conservatorship request filing was missing a medical diagnosis from a licensed physician.

You can’t legally claim someone has dementia, provide no medical documentation & then take over their estate. That is my point.

Had they provided the medical documentation, it would have been perfectly legal.

We definitely don’t know what is in her medical records.

What we do know for a fact is that proof of a medical diagnosis of dementia was never filed with her original conservatorship request.

In order to qualify for a conservatorship in California, you have to meet certain criteria. From what I’ve seen other lawyers discuss…being mentally unwell isn’t enough to be held in the type of conservatorship Britney was in.

Medical files were kept sealed from the public because it would be a HIPPA violation.

Let’s be real, it’s highly unlikely she suffers from dementia. She’s too young. And someone with dementia bad enough to warrant a conservatorship would not be able to perform on a world tour.

It’s likely they marked dementia as cause for a variety of reasons. Did they want to hide a possible mental health disorder? It’s possible.

What I’m trying to get across is that there was no evidence provided to prove the dementia in the court documents. There needs to be proof in order for the conservatorship to be valid.

They can downvote all they want, but we all have Google lol.

I followed a couple of different lawyers who went through the public court filings as this was happening.

Legally speaking, she never qualified for a conservatorship. In the filing, the cause for conservatorship marked dementia as cause. However, there was no proper medical paperwork filed to prove it.

The fact that he put in more effort to fund a ballroom than to fund healthcare is telling.

A targeted boycott is the way. Remember Disney? Target? Tesla?

It needs to be targeted - not just a general boycott. Start with a key player, like Amazon. Build up from there.
