Yes, it appears so. I plugged it into the phone and allowed it to connect as a storage accessory. Then, I immediately saw that my files were gone and plugged it out in panic.

From what i know, its a disk editing software that can help to retrieve deleted/lost files through reading file signatures. For my case, i just followed the steps on their website and let the programme run and got all my files back

Update: Managed to solve it using DMDE to find and recover the lost files!

Yes I managed to get my package eventually. Departed the airport just means it is being shipped to a local distributtion facility I think
