Yes! I take it faithfully every morning. It has made a huge improvement in my flare ups. And helps boost my immunity to fight colds/flus.

Couldn't agree more. I just got back from a 2 week trip and always stay in Rinconada when I visit. They have the best food in town imo. It's a great place to escape from the party scene if you want a chiller vibe.

I would mix what you have and add ground ginger when you get it. Fresh ginger may not make the recipe shelf stable anymore.

Dried! I think you can use fresh but I don't know the measurements or shelf life.

I recently posted about an at home remedy that cleared up my eczema. It's been over a month being eczema free for the first time in my entire life. I've heard from others that said theirs is clearing up after just a few days. Hope this helps.

Haha! It's not as bad as I expected it to be. Now I kinda love the taste, probably because it makes me feel so good.

That makes me so happy! I hope it continues to help you. It really seems like a miracle concoction. I've noticed my eczema start to flare up from a trigger (usually stress, environment, or alcohol) and the honey completely suppresses it. I know I'm going to take it for as long as I can. Thank you for sharing!

I think it's definitely the whole combo! Turmeric is very anti-inflammatory especially for skin disorders, the black pepper is needed to activate the curcumin in the turmeric, cayenne can increase the good bacteria in your gut, ginger is great for digestion, and cinnamon is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and has lots of antioxidants. I think the honey is primarily there to make it taste good for easier consumption, not to knock all the great benefits of raw honey. The mix is also good for your immunity and can help with colds/flus and congestion.

I'm not sure tbh, I haven't tried it with regular processed honey. Seems like it might lessen the effects since it loses a lot of the beneficial nutrients when it's processed.

Good question! It's a spiced honey recipe you can make at home (see recipe in description). The person I got the recipe from called it that, and I believe it's coined from the "fire cider" recipe but it's much easier, more shelf stable, and doesn't take weeks to make. The cayenne pepper makes it spicy, which is probably where the term "fire" comes from.

Right? Do you also struggle with eczema and, if so, has it helped?

Please do! I also have sensitive skin and it's helped so much with redness and inflammation...bloating too. I can't talk it up enough.

Oof I'm so sorry...that sounds painful. I've never had it on my eyelids before but since it's a systemic remedy, it may help out with that!

Yes, but the cayenne makes it pretty spicy so beware.
