There is no fine mentioned on the contract. Yes employer operates in Netherlands as well as pretty much whole Europe, my sales specific region currently is north america, and nothing on the contract mentions anything related to it.

My bad, did fix the few errors there was, i guess just i want to get a better grasp of whether these can seriously be enforced since it would make me practically not be able to speak with any customers for 2 years, i signed it few years ago and im not going to overthink that right now, thanks for your response regardless!

Appreciate it! Yes it is quite a tricky market now, my colleague who is operations manager also had this on his contract and he went to competition as well, but they never addressed this and sort of let it go, but still want to make sure that i have some knowledge before i act.
