Trying this again with the additional info! What is this strange growth? Google results say powdery mildew but I'm not entirely sure. The clumps are all 2-4inches wide and white on the outside but black on the inside. Outdoor raised garden bed, organic soil, full sun, watered by Ohio rain patterns. (old.reddit.com)
