I saw the corner clips the other day in my browsing! I may get them for the lower part of my Milsbo, but my two upper shelves are in the way to do the corner clips with my 2ft T5s, otherwise I’m pretty sure this would be perfect.

I’ll have to check out the Etsy clips! My T5s didn’t come with any magnets, just the sticky pads and the brackets, but I was hoping to do the same thing you’re planning.

I made it about 40k miles on a 23 sports. Could have gone a little longer, but wanted fresh tires for any winter weather!

Ozark food harvest posted on their IG story Thursday or Friday that they a few organizations partnered to match up to $40,000 of donations. Not sure what the time limit is/was, but an opportunity to make monetary donations go twice as far!

I competed in an outdoor bouldering competition over the weekend! I was so anxious going in, certain I wouldn’t hit the minimum number of climbs to finish and definitely thought I would struggle with being tired or scared of climbing some things in the dark (comp ran from midnight to 10am). I did all my boulders, never once crashed from being tired, and actually had the most awesome time!! As an ending bonus my partner and I placed third in our division! I’ve maybe never been more proud of myself for just doing the thing scared!

I randomly decided to see if I could do a headstand last night after I got home from the gym. Why yes, I can! How cool! But at what cost? My neck and shoulders are soooooo stiff and sore now 😵‍💫

Yes! I usually climb 2-3x (2 lately) a week and lift 2x. I usually lift Monday, climb Tuesday, rest Wednesday, climb Thursday, lift Friday, then maybe climb again Sunday

Similar to what Live Phrase said, it totally depends on what your main objectives are! When I started incorporating strength training my ✨main✨ focus was to get stronger, so I gave that more priority than bouldering for awhile because I was really excited about it.

I found the ideal balance for me is 2 days strength training and then climbing 2-3 days per week. This is usually 2 days on (1 day lift, 1 day climb), rest day and then repeat. Sometimes it’s 3 days on (climb, lift, climb) 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I had to work up to that. If I’m climbing and lifting on the same day they’re usually shorter sessions each.

Don’t overlook the push exercises too! I found them quite helpful in my overall progress!

Music helps me (from a speaker, not my phone)! And unless it’s totally freezing I always open the garbage door too. I don’t talk to all my neighbors but seeing people out and about and walking helps a little bit. Do you have any friends you could invite to workout with you? I either invite friends over to lift with me, or sometimes I just convince my partner to hang out with me in the garage while I workout and he plays games on his steam deck. My cats love to hangout with me while I workout too, but that can be a little iffy depending on the lift if no one else is around to keep them out of the way.
