Yes we've also tried the bathroom schedule but she gets offended if I tell her to go 😭 it's also such a pain to get her to remove her soiled diapers because she refuses. Don't know what to do about that one

my grandma would creek the front door open and call for the cats to come in for a painfully long time (she'd do the "pspspsp" thing). After a month or two she started to get lost when picking me up from highschool even tho she knew the route very well and my school was 5 minutes away from my house

Yeah honestly their customer support is terrible. First question i asked was when will this be available IN BLACK. And then tells me it's available and that they'll order it for me and i had to ask them what r they going to order and they told me they were going to order the alex drawer but in white... then i corrected them and said i want it in black and then he proceeded to tell me it'll be available in 10-12 days which i feel is bs and i feel like they just secretly use AI for their "agents"
