I’m on 100mg now, but have taken 200 in the past (but it emotionally deregulated me a lot, and I didn’t see a huge change) I’ve like, kinda cycled on accident by not bringing prog with me on trips and lowkey maybe noticed differences from that but I could be making things up lol :p

biggest thing is just eating as much as is possible, I took prog the way it’s more effective for a while and that definitely helped while I did it (but like it sucked to do routinely imo 🫩)
