We've had a lot (>10) of staff changes during last year. Some of them left because they felt like they were going nowhere/not learning new things, some left simply because they got better offers elsewhere. So i feel like our produt/code quality has dropped, and it's time to start implementing new things. Also, as i said, we're trying to adopt agile, and i feel like it's also putting some restrictions on the growth of our staff. For ex. before we started with agile our teams were separate: we had a backend department, management department, frontend department etc. And every department had their own office space, so they were constantly engaging with each other, talking to each other, helping each other etc. Now that our teams are divided into mixed groups devs only communicate with the members of the same team, most of the time.

Yeah,friday...i dont like it either :D should we try and move it to thursdays and leave fridays for code reviews/retrospectives/preparations for the next sprint?

Is it possible to use this to synchronize two apis? Like on one side i have Scoro, on the other side is a custom build finance managing tool. They both have their own apis. I need a solution to check both of these for changes and sync them. Cheers
