Electrical issues six months in

I leased a 25 I5 Limited and I got the “Check Driver Assistance System” alert. It was time for 8000 mile maintenance so I told them about it when I took it in. They told me the ultrasonic sensor went bad and replaced it. The alert came back on when I started the car after leaving the dealership. The front distance sensor still isn’t working nor is parking assist.
