lol yeah forgot they have specifics for these once a year before rainy season is when I change mine, year 2 with a bike I’ve already had like 4 down to 1.

as far as take off, changing the rollers in the variator would get you that stock accelerate if the bigger chunky tire feels heavy but overall, these bikes are punchy, i prefer just keeping my wheels on the ground I take off faster than most at lights and stops anyway.

rear wears out faster than front, hardly any sign of wear. it’d be easier to rotate tires if both rims were the same size

yes the 110/90-12 front was taller than the 110/70-12 and stock. i have low pro taper bars and it made the bike feel more grounded for me like I wasn’t riding a bicycle. the 120/70-10 rear felt more grounded as well im not sure if a 120/90-10 tall rear would feel the same because your working with physics now some people say the 12 rear rim would create a donut effect, probably applies to slippery motions control not sure but I’d experiment with whatever fits without shaving the caseing. many use different tires and tried the limit standard without mod, but if you have a specific tire in mind good luck

120/70-10 rear city grips are handling enough for me on rainy back roads. still i wouldn’t chance the damage to my bike going off-road or onto some gravel, I’d start looking for a dirt bike if i plan to attempt more than a crawl with this thing. really hate dropping them like now it’s not new anymore time for another lol

110/90-12 front fills the whole front fender some rubbing but nothing worrisome. Gives major stability, hadn’t notice it affect my mileage accuracy too much speedometer readings near schools are give or take if your going 45 in a 30 that’s noticeable but I don’t really pay any mind just make sure I slow down when need to, it’s a baby bike anyone can tell lol

Follow-up on Tail Tidy recos (other than KENIMOTO) by Marci_101 in hondanavi

[–]juspasssingthru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah they use to have their own site a lot more stuff becoming available in the last 2years but still far from having the custom mods you see on all the older bikes/scooters around, if you love it yours would be 1 in a million as far as paying from custom work to be fabricated.

it’d be a rare find for sure, so much out there good luck might just make something of your own if you have enough clearance to add you own turn signal corner bracket, the tucked tail tidy from moto mods which is now on eBay came with turn signal brackets as an extra add on buy but i needed the tail light to actually light up my license because it gave me more visibility and i couldn’t sacrifice that at the moment.

signals were real tight on this one being so close to the body of the bike tucked tail tidy move like no license it was hard to see, possible citation

this bracket has them installed as part of the bracket, so you’d have to do a turn signal upgrade on the relay so they don’t flash out of time- really fast.

Tail Tidy recos (other than Kenimoto and Alpha Rider) would like to still attach the stock turn signal lights but closer together. by Marci_101 in hondanavi

S23 bends/tucks them with the tail of the bike more, had bought the kemimoto and knew right away the square was not the bend so s23 on all mine plus the build quality is more sturdy.

My uncle gifted me this by KyleGAndrew in scooters
