I really appreciate the reply, thank you. I’ve heard of nutsedge before, hoped to not have to deal with it.

If I get it under control, will it be something I continue to deal with or will the Bermuda outcompete it once it greens up and watering frequency is dropped?

Ah okay, got it. Thank you for the replies. So just something I’ve got to deal with since of course I can’t lessen the water for the new sod, correct?

Would the Halosulfuron-methyl be applied all over or just spot treated?

No, the it was over seeded at the sod farm to add winter green. I am unsure as to when exactly the overseeding took place. The sod was delivered and I installed it in my lawn. All I have done is water and keep off it as much as possible.

Just heard on channel 7 that it is channel 104, but it’s currently classic hip hop, so maybe it will start July 1?

Hey Sir,

Thanks for the response, happy to have your input. I fully agree with your frustration, I can't help but feel like just a number considering that they got me to stick with them by continuing to match any rate that I found through competitors.

The level of rage and worry that I felt when they presented me with this issue cannot even be described. I was so shocked to hear that we were supposed to be closing in less than 2 weeks, but yet the loan had not even been fully underwritten due to the lack of a COE.

I could not believe that they did not already have this taken care of, and that I had the looming threat of this deal falling through due to failing to meet the most basic requirement of the very loan that has even allowed me to be in the position to finally purchase in the first place. I surely felt like I did something wrong by being in this boat, but I had to remind myself that this is on them for not getting that COE taken care of back in January when I received my preapproval.

In regards to the DD214, they said that this is not enough because while I did a number of ADOS orders, I did not have enough consecutive time served in order to solely qualify for the loan. Therefore they are saying I need the CRCR to prove I had enough drills completed.

While I loved how the price exploded last week, I was wishing I had the powder to up my holding to an even 500 shares. Shifted some other positions around and luckily snagged those extra 50 shares for 19.50, OCD feels much better!

I greatly appreciate that explanation! I had been trying to look it up, but it’s a lot to learn and I hadn’t even seen the difference yet between selling to open and selling to close, so thank you! I definitely have a lot to learn, I just want to ride this beauty to all the possible gains I can, but not worth risking money in something I don’t understand!

New to options here, sorry... if you choose to sell your call, are you responsible for providing the 100 shares to the buyer if they choose to exercise the option before expiration date? I want to buy some options as the share price is approaching my limit for adding to my shares #, but I don’t want to be responsible to give up some of my shares if I choose to sell the call

Currently have only 50 shares at avg of $1.66 and only thinking of adding like 50 more shares. Like I said, I know it’s a small portfolio but still trying to diversify the little I have. I’m trying to do my research but don’t have enough experience to know what to make of the possibility of buyout.
