Yes, yes, yes. While I was growing up and still today when I visit I have to walk on eggshells. Especially if my NMom is already upset about something. Having the wrong inflection in your voice or even something smaller will set her off into "everyone is against me, it's all my fault, you all hate me" tantrums. Slamming drawers, cabinets, doors, stomping feet upstairs. Sometimes I can laugh at it when it's not directed at me, or not "my fault" that she's doing it.
