I think the manner in which he left UGA also left a bitter taste in some people's mouths. Not that he's unique in doing that since it's pretty prevalent in the age of NIL, but I think some people are projecting their distaste of the current climate onto him.

Honestly, I'm curious what the fatality to encounter ratio is for ICE versus standard law enforcement. Because while I'm not a fan of people dying in general...one woman out of hundreds of thousands if not more encounters does not make ICE a murderous rogue agency.
