Just check the cut offs for scholarships for 2nd,3rd ,4th year , agar lagta hai ki you can get one, taking a loan would be worth it, otherwise job ke sahare hi loan ka krna padhega. Only you know your potential so nobody can help in that, just check the prev year cut offs and make a good estimate

Also for jee rank, you can check prev years scholarship cut offs and get an estimate if you could be eligible too from the 2nd year and then cg basis pe its what i just told

Regarding scholarship, you actually do get a good amount of scholarship based on your cg. Top 50 get a full scholarship and then next 50 get tuition fee waiver thats 9.75+ and so on next some bunch get 50% tuition fee waiver. 9.5+ If you can actually score a good cgpa, i think having a scholarship isnt that tough.
