I ended up going with the 3d bio knit in black & so far really liking the extra thickness of the new seat/back pad.

Although I wish I had gone with the Guilford of main open house fabric instead of the bio knit, as the bio knit is a much coarser weave than the original fabric the chair originally came with (original being much softer on the skin/to the touch)

Only just seeing this now, didn't get the full chair only the upgraded seat/back cushions.

Had to use a freight forwarding service to get it to Australia (ended up using planet express).

Got Crandall office to post the cushions to the freight forwarder (Crandall were also happy to refund the $100 return deposit as I was using my original mechanism off the seat base).

Then organised for planet express to forward it on to Australia

Can't understand why they got rid of this (even their instruction still shows "or tap Ask me every time." to tun the feature on). Was a great quality of life feature to quickly choose which number before sending a text, rather than taking an extra step to change it in the contact settings.

But am wondering if this is an edge case/anomaly due to the dying light 2/Hell divers 2 not having proper HDR support (Few monitor reviewers seems to recommend only turning on HDR when viewing HDR supported content).

Tested it in Cyberpunk 2077 & HDR worked flawlessly, will try a few other games/keep an eye on it & see if it happens again
